Furaha  has a passion for developing people, in order to uplift society at large. We strive to enhance community potential by partnering with local communities through a participative approach that integrates them into our value chain and creates strong, quality local suppliers. Furaha’s focus areas revolve around skills development, youth employment, rural enterprise and job creation.

We aim to benefit our clients by contributing to their positive image in regional communities and through the commitment to community development. Furaha recognises the fundamental right and responsibility it’s client has towards the sustainable existence of the communities in which it operates. That is why Furaha plays a role in the social and economic upliftment of the communities in which it is located.

We always pursue a policy of maximising local participation in our workforce in order to reduce the negative impacts of growth in the local community.

Our principal interest is to establish a local supply chain for as many different goods as possible and by doing so, we are able to contribute economically to the local population with the aim of boosting local supply chain development.
