Furaha offers extensive procurement services incorporating local and international product sourcing, sustainability, supply management, logistics and storage. FRESH PRODUCE
We often operate in rural communities and it is important to us to aid in the development of local communities. We source ingredients locally where possible, employ community residents and provide continual support to preserve sustainability. Local also means fresher and realises a farm-to-fork solution.

PEOPLE MATTER
Furaha is also proactively involved in the employment of residents and of the surrounding chiefdoms and uplifting of local enterprise through increasing local procurement of fresh produce without compromising quality or competitive pricing.

We are dedicated to adding value through strategic partnerships and upliftment programmes such identifying emerging farmers, teaching basic skills and helping micro businesses to start around our structures.

EQUIPMENT & FURNISHING
Procurement extends naturally to equipment and furnishing. Our established background in catering lends easily to the kitchen setup, optimal layout and all necessary kitchen catering equipment, dining hall tables, chairs, benches and serving stations. Procurement of all room furnishings and linen, laundry facility setup and equipment installation complete with TV’s and DStv where possible.

INTERNAL LOGISTICS
Over the past 15 years, we have extended on our procurement value with our own dedicated trucks. This means we are not subject to third party schedules or limitations and streamlines our procurement offering.
